Integrated into the client's online platform, this map is dynamically tailored to each patient to paint a genetic portrait of their cancer, and of potential treatments. The interactive data visualization complements tabulated test results to provide treating physicians with a comprehensive visual overview of the mutation-driven activation levels of tested oncogenic signalling pathways. 

Both a detailed and simplified map were designed to create a seamless zoom transition.
